Routine No 103 - Morning light

Have your morning coffee or tea in the sunlight.

Get some sunlight, preferably within one hour of getting up. You can have your morning tea or coffee in the garden (or on terrace or balcony), or at least next to a window

WHY IT HELPS:
Daylight is one of the most important key to regulating daily sleep patterns and your circadian rhythm. (Other major keys are timings of meal, caffeine intake and physical exercise.)
