Do a physiological sigh.

Inhale twice (one breath after the other in immediate succession) and then exhale thoroughly. Repeat 2-3 times for an optimal result. 

WHY IT HELPS:
This breathing technique opens up the air sacs at the end of your bronchioles (tiny branches of air tubes in the lungs called alveoli) for more CO2 offloading.
