Routine No 104 - Morning light

Walk from the parking lot.

Use every opportunity to get sunlight in the morning. If you need to drive in the morning, leave the car a short walk away from the destination. If you shop your groceries in the morning, park away from the supermarket entrance and walk in.

WHY IT HELPS:
Daylight is one of the most important key to regulating daily sleep patterns and your circadian rhythm. (Other major keys are timings of meal, caffeine intake and physical exercise.)
