Wear glasses that block blue light.

To avoid blue light from digital screens, you can use special glasses. They filter out most of the blue light and allow you to look at screens without having a negative impact on your sleep. A tip is to wear the glasses until you go to bed anyway, as they also help against bright or white lights. 

WHY IT HELPS:
Exposure to bright or blue light in the evening suppresses the production of the sleep hormone melatonin, which affects both how easy it is to fall asleep and how well you sleep.
