The organic ingredients are carefully selected from nature. It contains caffeine and herbs that help you stay energized during the day, without reducing the quality of your sleep.
 
Use one tablespoon per cup. Let steep for five minutes in hot water at 95-98°C for optimal taste. Compliment your tea selection with the Wind-Down tea and Awake tea.
