Routine No 704 - Sleeping environment
Keep humidity levels around 45% in the bedroom.
A balanced humidity level is important for optimal sleep quality. Therefore, try to keep the humidity level between 45-50%. To make sure you have the right bedroom environment, you can use a humidifier.
WHY IT HELPS:
A humidity level lower than 30% can lead to irritated eyes, nose and throat, which negatively affects sleep. At the same time, humidity above 50% increases the risk of harmful bacteria, dust mites and mould. It can also make you feel warmer as your body cools down more slowly in a humid environment.
