Switch on night mode.

If you can't or don't want to switch off your electronic devices completely, at least try to lower the brightness of the screens. Today, many mobile phones have an evening mode with a warmer and less intense light. If your devices lack this, there may be apps to download that have the same function. 

WHY IT HELPS:
The less intense light is not as strenuous on the eyes. It makes it easier to relax and prepare for the night's sleep.
