No emails before bedtime.

Avoid checking emails in the hours before bedtime. Try to create a routine where you put all your work away at 7pm and spend the rest of the evening winding down. 

WHY IT HELPS:
The emails you read can create stress without you realising it. The stress hormone cortisol inhibits the body's production of melatonin, and can make it harder to fall and stay asleep without disturbance.
