TempSmart™ - A mattress topper that adjusts the temperature

TempSmart™ is an mattress topper with a thermostat control which balances out the temperature changes which are often the cause of a bad night’s sleep.
This innovative technology consists of millions of micro capsules which adapt constantly to your skin climate by absorbing, storing or releasing surplus body heat as required. The microcapsules therefore form a buffer against overheating and sweating on the one hand, and cold and shivering on the other. They keep you in the comfort zone so that you can enjoy a good night’s sleep. TempSmart™ is therefore ideal for anyone who has trouble maintaining a constant body temperature throughout the night. TempSmart™ has a core of Innergetic® Latex with an open cell structure that ensures optimal air and moisture transportation. The filling material is both perforated and grooved. The perforation ensures optimal ventilation while the grooving provides a softer and a firmer side. Latex inhibits bacteria and dust mite, resulting in a cleaner and healthier bed climate.
Washing and maintenance
The Jensen TempSmart mattress topper topper has a removable and separable cover. These can be washed at 60 °C. We recommend that the mattress cover is divided into two parts and that these two parts are then washed separately. Make sure you check the minimum size of your washing machine’s drum. The mattress cover is made from high-quality fibres which absorb large quantities of water. As a result the mattress cover may overheat and shrink if the machine is too small. The mattress cover must be stretched while moist and hung up to dry immediately to prevent discoloration of the textile. During washing the mattress topper textile may contract but will return to its original size after a couple of days.
